Chief Investment Officer Job Description The primary function of this role is to oversee the long-term investments and financial activities of the organization.This includes trade equities, mutual funds, futures, options, and other financial instruments. The Chief Investment Officer will develop proprietary trading models and utilize technical analysis to capitalize on temporary distortions in pricing relationships caused by market events and changing investor preferences.Main Responsibilities : Operational Management of Financial Flows Reporting Control Supervision of Accounting and Treasury teams Experience with capital market instruments: Stocks, bonds, options, structured products, private equity Risk and return analysis of past transactions Monthly financial condition assessments Analysis and preparation of investment projects for the investment committee Portfolio control for diversification, risk level, and return Evaluation of complex products and initiatives for their availability and launch Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Finance or higher Fluent English Knowledge of the Equity market Methods of financial analysis, financial planning, investment evaluation, valuation International financial reporting standards Legal aspects of doing business Able to form pricing policy, credit policy, investment policy, internal control system, budget policy, working capital management policy Experience in setting up and developing a management accounting system Benefits : Employment contract Direct reporting line to the owner (CEO-1 level)Professional team environment Interesting and challenging tasks Decent salary level Relocation to Paphos (Cyprus) required Paid by the company
