About the Position: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume key responsibilities in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, with at least 2 years of experience in the water and wastewater treatment field.Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Develop business plans for new markets and diversification opportunities under guidance from product managers and head of sales approval.Goal Setting: Generate annual objectives and travel plan for management approval.Sales Performance: Implement company plans and generate sales leads in all water and wastewater project sales, exceeding nominated annual targets.Customer Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with clients.Sales Opportunities: Identify and pursue sales opportunities related to MENA Water and Huber core products, including oil & gas companies, industrial, STPs, RO, UF.Market Analysis: Assess market requirements and competitors' awareness, identifying client preferences and competitive information.Proposal Preparation: Prepare technical and financial proposals to meet client requirements, achieving win-win outcomes.Representative Duties: Represent the organization at meetings, giving presentations and holding technical/commercial negotiations.Marketing Support: Support marketing teams in developing new sales and marketing material, including case studies.Tender Coordination: Coordinate financial requirements for tenders, if necessary.Client Engagement: Foster relations with clients/consultants through visits, meetings, seminars, and presentations.
