Estimator (Residential Renovation)

Revive Renovation Dubai is a growing residential renovation company in Dubai, specializing in transforming homes to meet our clients' visions. As we expand, we are looking to hire an experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be a key player in ensuring the success of our projects by providing accurate cost estimates, budgeting, and assisting with the overall project planning process. Our office is in Business Bay, Dubai.Key Responsibilities: Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates for residential renovation projects, including labor, materials, permits, and other associated costs.Budget Management: Work closely with project managers to create and maintain project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards.Project Analysis: Review project plans, specifications, and requirements to assess scope and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.Supplier and Subcontractor Coordination: Source and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to gather quotes and ensure timely procurement of materials.Site Visits: Conduct site visits to evaluate existing conditions and scope of work, ensuring that estimates reflect real-time requirements.Reporting: Provide detailed reports and updates on estimates, budgets, and project progress to senior management and clients.Required Qualifications & Experience: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating for residential renovation projects in Dubai or the UAE market.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and building regulations in the UAE.Software Proficiency: Familiarity with estimating software.
