CID Clerk First impressions are everything As a CID Clerk, you will take care of guests from the moment they arrive until their departure, ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. What you will be doing: Take initiative to add a personalized experience Proudly promote the hotel facilities and look for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through upselling Answer telephones professionally and cheerfully, including transferring and routing misdirected calls and taking messages Adhere to the rules and regulations implemented by the CID department of the Ministry of Interior Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience as a CID Agent for a hotel in the UAE Arabic language skills are a plus Prior experience working with Opera PMS is mandatory Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders Strong communication skills and networking abilities Additional Information: Opera knowledge Good health condition Fluent in English and conversational Arabic Remote Work: No Employment Type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
