Supervise and coordinate maintenance crews and subcontractors. Assign daily tasks and monitor progress. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Inspect work to maintain quality and resolve on-site issues. Manage materials tools and equipment efficiently. Maintain records and report on project progress. Communicate with engineers project managers and clients. Train and mentor junior staff. Qualifications : Proven experience in infrastructure or maintenance projects.
