Site Chargehand - Joinery

Job Responsibilities Supervising and leading a team of workers on various projects. Ensure all carpentry work is completed to the highest standards. Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth project execution. Capable of ordering and managing materials and supplies. Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints and project specifications. Monitor project progress and report to project managers. Capable of inspecting completed work and ensuring that it meets the company’s quality standards. Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used. Job Qualifications/Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a similar position within the Joinery/Interior Fit-Out Industry in any GCC countries. Extensive knowledge of joinery techniques and materials. Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
