Bachelor of Hotel Management (Hotel Management)Nationality: Any Nationality Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Description Synopsis: The Manager PMO (Product & Hospitality) is responsible for driving strategic planning, execution, and governance of key programs and projects that enhance Etihad Airways' guest experience across inflight and ground services. This role ensures the delivery of initiatives related to product innovation, service design, hospitality upgrades, and customer experience transformation by establishing effective project portfolio governance frameworks. The role acts as a vital link between senior leadership, product owners, operational stakeholders, and external partners to ensure guest-centric outcomes are achieved efficiently, on time, and within budget.Accountabilities Define and lead the PMO strategy supporting guest experience initiatives, including product rollouts, hospitality upgrades, and service innovations.Ensure portfolio governance through business case evaluation, prioritization, and executive reporting aligned with customer experience goals.Collaborate with Product owners, Technical Operations, Cabin Services, Ground Operations, Marketing, and Brand teams to deliver integrated programs that improve guest satisfaction.Establish and improve PMO standards, methodologies, and tools, utilizing both waterfall and agile approaches as appropriate.Monitor project and portfolio performance using KPIs, risk assessments, and stakeholder dashboards for transparency and accountability.Manage vendor and partner coordination, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and brand standards.Lead and coach a team of project and program managers to foster a high-performance culture.Facilitate change management and ensure cross-departmental alignment for the implementation of new guest-facing products and services.Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Aviation, or related field; Master's preferred.7-10 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in aviation, luxury hospitality, or travel sectors.Proven success managing large-scale customer experience or service delivery programs in a multinational environment.Certification in project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum, SAFe) is preferred.Effective communication skills with C-level stakeholders and cross-functional team management.Strong knowledge of airline operations, guest experience trends, and hospitality innovation.Proficiency in portfolio reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Smartsheet, or other PPM platforms).Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is a platform connecting jobseekers and employers.
