This role requires someone who can take full ownership of their responsibilities, work independently, and confidently provide guidance to the CEO, rather than simply executing delegated tasks. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules, handle sensitive information with discretion, and operate effectively in a high-pressure, international business environment.Job Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and Executive Directors, including handling correspondence in both Russian and English.Manage and coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, visa requirements, and expense reports.Oversee and maintain detailed agendas for executive travel, meetings, and key business events.Screen incoming calls, enquiries, and requests, taking initiative to manage or escalate as appropriate.Plan and execute internal and external events, including board meetings, trader forums, and high-profile international conferences.Monitor and track documentation including incoming correspondence, contracts, and emails; draft responses and ensure follow-up and timely resolution.Translate documents and communication between English and Russian where necessary.Handle highly confidential and sensitive matters with discretion, across both business and personal domains.Prepare reports, briefing notes, presentations, and other materials to support executive-level decision-making.Skills and Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior-level Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role, ideally supporting C-suite executives.Fluency in English and Russian is essential, both written and spoken.Proven ability to work autonomously, anticipate needs, and act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive matters.Flexibility to accommodate occasional after-hours support and international travel coordination.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
