We hold many coveted people and brand industry awards, and we want you to help us add another award to our trophy cabinet Job Description Service Attendant is a support role which ensures smooth running of the restaurant by providing a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and guest comfort is guaranteed at all times. A high degree of product knowledge is necessary in order to recommend confidently and up-sell the various products on offer.Your Day-to-day Work Welcome, interact and communicate with guests & colleagues in a courteous, friendly and clear manner Take, prepare and serve guest orders with accuracy while promoting and up selling all products, focuses on maximizing sales in order to drive sales and meet outlets targets Liaise with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely service while ensuring the guests meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages Clear and clean tables as soon as it is apparent that guests have finished their meals professionally Maintain stock, accurately handle point-of –sale transactions, maintain cleanliness of outlet always Ensure that company Health and Safety policies are followed and adhered to, train all new team members Requirements Education and Experience: Ideally your background will be from the hotel/F&B industry, and worked as a Service Attendant for a minimum of 1 year in a 3-star or above category hotel.Fluent English is a must and other languages would be an advantage.Skills And Competencies Customer focus Passion Teamwork Integrity Ownership Planning and organizing Analytical thinking Good communication Benefits At Premier Inn, you will have a competitive benefits package, rewards and recognition.
