The firm collaborates with entrepreneurs, C-suite executives, and frontline managers to support business enablement, transformation, and revenue growth in an agile environment.#Grow With Praxis About the role: As a Partner / Associate Partner, you will lead business development, manage client relationships, and oversee project delivery to meet and exceed client expectations. This leadership role reports directly to the company leadership.You will be responsible for building and expanding the practice within this vertical, developing sales strategies, creating client relationships at the CXO level, and customizing solutions to client needs. You will also work with marketing to drive initiatives, build the Praxis partner network, and lead proposal development and project delivery teams to ensure impactful outcomes for clients.Competencies and skills: Minimum 10+ years of experience in management consulting with deep expertise in the focus vertical.Experience as a P&L leader.Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build a business.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client management skills.Ability to research, analyze, and articulate key commercial drivers.Understanding of the consulting market, offerings, and practices that generate client value.Proficiency in creating tailored proposals and guiding project teams.Comfort in selling and competing in a dynamic consulting environment.Educational and other requirements: Proven academic excellence with a strong undergraduate record.Leadership demonstrated throughout educational and professional careers.High energy, passion for investing, and a drive for success.MBA from a top-tier institute (e.g., Ivy League, IIMs, ISB).#J-18808-Ljbffr
