Job Title: Guest Services Supervisor Job Description: As a key member of the hotel's guest services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our discerning guests.Your primary focus will be on ensuring that every guest receives personalized and attentive service throughout their stay. This includes managing guest preferences, responding to guest feedback and concerns, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.You will also be responsible for supervising daily guest relations operations, maintaining up-to-date guest profiles and history, and representing the hotel at daily briefings and guest satisfaction meetings.To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a high degree of emotional intelligence and empathy.
