Amazon Corporate Services Vietnam Company Limited Overview: The Sr. Device Quality Manager (Sr. DQM) is responsible for ensuring the quality of our products during manufacturing. This includes developing an out-of-box audit (OBA) process during new product development (NPI), monitoring factory quality during the sustaining phase, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement OBA processes based on critical customer use cases in collaboration with Quality Engineering and product SW QA teams.Monitor production performance, conduct factory audits, and lead investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.Manage factory quality metrics and provide quality health reports to management.Lead cross-functional problem-solving activities for quality issues impacting customers.Drive lessons learned and preventive measures to enhance product quality.Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.7+ years of experience in engineering and/or quality roles.Understanding of high-volume electronic manufacturing processes.Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving methodologies like DMAIC.Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and quality systems.Experience with process audits and quality improvement initiatives.Self-motivated with excellent communication skills in English.Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Engineering (MSME, MSIE, MSEE).Experience with device quality management and quality systems.Relevant certifications (Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, CQE, CQM, CQA).Ability to innovate and influence in ambiguous environments.We are committed to an inclusive culture.
