Description
Handle general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document control.Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communication.Prepare reports, quotations, and maintain accurate records.Assist the sales and logistics teams with order processing and follow-ups.Maintain organized office and store documentation.Requirements: Previous experience in administration or office coordination is preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Fluent in English (spoken and written).
