The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, digital advertising strategies, and AI-driven marketing solutions tailored for the Dubai real estate market. This role requires a strategic thinker with creative flair who can enhance brand presence, engage with potential clients, and drive lead generation through effective social media campaigns.Major Tasks / Responsibilities•Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.•Manage all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok, You Tube, Twitter/X) with a focus on real estate promotions.•Stay updated with industry trends, social media algorithm changes, and digital innovations to optimise strategies.Content Creation & Branding: •Create compelling, visually appealing, and SEO-optimised content, including posts, reels, videos, and stories tailored for luxury real estate audiences.•Work with graphic designers, videographers, and content creators to ensure high-quality digital assets.•Develop property highlight videos, market insights, blogs, and client testimonials to maximise engagement.•Oversee podcast production and other multimedia content strategies.•Plan and execute targeted social media ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and Linked In Ads to generate quality leads.•Implement A/B testing and campaign optimisation to maximise ROI.•Track, analyse, and optimise ad performance to improve conversion rates.•Work closely with the sales team to ensure social media leads are properly nurtured and converted.Community Engagement & Client Interaction: •Engage with potential buyers, tenants, and investors by responding to inquiries and comments promptly.•Foster online relationships through interactive content, Q&A sessions, and live property showcases.•Leverage influencer collaborations and partnerships to enhance brand credibility.Analytics & Reporting: •Monitor and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI, etc.).•Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytical tools to measure campaign effectiveness.•Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimise future campaigns.SEO, SEM & Website Coordination: • Optimise social media content for SEO to improve organic reach and lead generation.•Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve website ranking and visibility.•Collaborate with the web development team to update and optimise property listings, landing pages, and blog content.Competitor Analysis & Market Trends: • Research competitor strategies and market trends.•Identify new marketing opportunities and implement innovative digital tactics.• Utilise AI-driven marketing tools to stay ahead in the market.Project Management & UI/UX Coordination•Oversee multiple marketing projects and coordinate between designers, developers, and content teams.•Ensure a seamless user experience (UI/UX) on digital platforms.Requirements and Skills Preferred Qualifications•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.Marketing & Advertising Expertise: •Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.•Strong knowledge of Paid Ads (PPC), A/B Testing, and Campaign Management.•Experience with real estate CRMs, OQOOD, and property portals (Bayut, Property Finder) is a plus.Creative & Content Development: •Proficiency in graphic design tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator).•Experience in video production & editing for high-quality digital content.•Blogging, Copywriting, and Podcast production experience.Data & Analytics: •Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Microsoft Suite, and AI-powered analytics tools.•Ability to track, analyse, and optimise ad performance with data-driven decision-making.Technical & Digital Skills: •Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, website optimisation, and UI/UX principles.•Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation software.Soft Skills: •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.•Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.•Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).Seniority level Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Marketing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at SOL Properties by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for "Social Media Marketing Manager" roles.Associate Director, Marketing and Communications Director, Luxury Brand Marketing
