PEGGY FOCHEUX DUVAL: Director of Learning & Development, France Greet and welcome members and guests with a smile, providing accurate information regarding membership details, dress code, policies, restaurant timings, age restrictions for children at fine dining, points of interest, and entertainment during special days.Receive guests for management staff and direct them according to prior appointments.Ensure sufficient membership forms, brochures, first aid kits, and other relevant reception materials are available.Accept reservations and cancellations (when restaurants are closed) following procedures for both restaurants, informing callers about dress code, children policy, and reservation details.Accept payments from members and guests.Maintain records of lost and found items and inform the Duty Manager of any valuable items found.Be familiar with the first aid kit, emergency contact numbers, fire exits, and assembly points; contact security for emergencies.Keep legible and detailed log entries; record daily club activities such as functions, tournaments, and training sessions.Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills: Ability to greet clients warmly, handle inquiries, and assist with bookings professionally.Experience with scheduling and systems: Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.Basic knowledge of golf terminology and academy operations: Understanding of golf lesson formats, equipment, and services to assist clients effectively.Administrative and organizational skills: Capable of handling calls, emails, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.Professional appearance and positive attitude: Represent the brand with a polished, friendly demeanor.Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa
