Job Description Job Number: Housekeeping Attendant - Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers (HOT0BPGL)Work Locations Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, Etihad Towers West Corniche, Abu Dhabi A Housekeeping Attendant will support all Housekeeping and Laundry functions with guest requests, analyzing each request and delegating tasks among team members to ensure efficient and timely service, providing an exceptional experience for our guests.What will I be doing?As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will support all Housekeeping and Laundry team activities by delegating daily tasks within the hotel. Specifically, you will: Maintain high standards in Housekeeping and Laundry operations according to hotel brand standards Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of team members, emphasizing training and teamwork Assist in managing room availability and release in coordination with Floor Housekeeping Supervision Control department operations, including employee scheduling, master key management, incident reporting, and linen and uniform handling Check guest information in CRM daily to meet guest preferences and requests Arrange flowers for special occasions and embroidery for linen as needed Manage monthly Lost and Found items and donations Ensure uniforms are cleaned and repaired as necessary Coordinate document and personnel traffic within the department and oversee linen release from Laundry daily Handle daily laundry guest clothing releases Conduct monthly laundry expense and provision reports Replace Laundry Attendants during holidays, days off, or absences What are we looking for?A Hilton Housekeeping Attendant works on behalf of our guests and collaborates with team members.
