Job Title: Coffee Service Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coffee Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our coffee shop.Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of baristas to ensure efficient and smooth coffee service delivery.Maintain high standards of beverage quality, taste, and presentation in line with brand expectations.Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff performance and customer service skills.Manage inventory levels, order stock, and maintain proper storage of coffee and supplies.Ensure all equipment is regularly cleaned, calibrated, and maintained to optimize performance.Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards in accordance with local regulations and company policies.Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience as a barista, including supervisory responsibilities.In-depth knowledge of coffee roasting processes, bean selection, and quality control within a roastery environment.Proficient in advanced coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation.Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and train staff.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.Benefits: Annual air ticket and medical insurance provided.Paid leaves and visa support for eligible candidates.Industry: Restaurants Catering Food Services Related Keywords: Coffee Shop Manager Senior Barista Barista Certification Lead Barista
