This full-cycle sales role involves driving the entire sales process—from outbound prospecting and demos to negotiating and closing high-value deals with companies of 200+ employees. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Chief Product Officer to align sales efforts with product strategy. Additionally, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to craft compelling sales narratives and materials.What you'll do : Own the mid-market & enterprise segment, serving as the primary point of contact for sales in larger accounts.Manage full-cycle sales activities, including outreach, discovery calls, product demos, and closing high-ticket deals.Engage with finance and procurement leaders—selling primarily to CFOs, finance managers, and procurement heads—understanding their needs and positioning Pluto as the ideal solution.Collaborate with leadership—working directly with the CEO on strategic deals and with the CPO to provide market feedback to shape our product roadmap.Develop sales collateral & strategy—partnering with marketing and product teams to create pitch decks, case studies, and tailored narratives for enterprise clients.Who You Are We're seeking a driven sales professional who can build this function from the ground up.
