QA Lead (EMIRATI)

An established leader in innovation and digital transformation is seeking a QA Lead to ensure the quality and reliability of enterprise-grade applications across web, mobile, and API platforms. This key role focuses on developing robust automation frameworks, overseeing functional and non-functional testing, and delivering high-quality solutions in an agile environment. As a QA Lead, you will drive end-to-end testing initiatives, lead a small QA team, and collaborate with development, product, and business teams to deliver seamless digital experiences. You will play a pivotal role in defining testing strategies, coordinating client communication, and ensuring that applications meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Build automation scripts from scratch and execute them across test cycles. Perform end-to-end testing of web, mobile (i OS/Android), and e Commerce applications. Conduct API testing and ensure backend functionalities are validated thoroughly. Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, managing task distribution and performance. Execute smoke, sanity, and regression tests during release cycles. Analyze requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage and traceability. Manage client interactions and coordinate between offshore and onsite teams. Review deliverables for accuracy and completeness before submission. Send timely status reports (Daily/Weekly/Bi-weekly) to stakeholders. Identify risks early, communicate clearly with all stakeholders, and assist in mitigation. Provide knowledge transfer (KT) to new team members and support onboarding activities. Sign off on test cycles upon successful completion. Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 5–8 years of experience in software quality assurance with a proven ability to lead QA initiatives in agile environments.
