Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi's New Graduate Nurse Residency is a 12-month program designed for nurses with less than 6 months of practice experience. The program aims to prepare them for successful growth into professional nursing practice.Candidates must hold a BSN from a 3-4 year accredited nursing program. Accelerated or Associate to BSN programs are not eligible.The program includes a comprehensive orientation, 16 weeks of 1: 1 preceptorship, mentorship opportunities, simulation experiences, and professional development courses.Eligibility December 2024 and May 2025 graduates with a BSN from an accredited program and less than 6 months of hospital nursing experience.Residency Details Participants can specialize in medical/surgical, cardiac, vascular, thoracic, neurology, or oncology through targeted competency and simulation-based training. The program supports nurses to gain the skills necessary for independent and safe patient care, guided by preceptors, educators, and leadership.
