Clinical Laboratory Quality Assurance Manager The Clinical Laboratory Quality Assurance (QA) Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the compliance of all regulatory requirements. This includes conducting gap analysis and developing, implementing, and maintaining a quality management system.Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards.Perform comprehensive gap analyses.Establish, implement, and maintain a quality management system.Key Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical laboratory settings.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.Demonstrated capacity for collaboration across departments and with internal and external stakeholders.Strong leadership and decision-making skills with effective communication of ideas and opinions.Familiarity with HAAD, CAP, and JCI regulations and experience working with them.
