Senior Physics Academic Lead

Physics Department Head We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished leader to oversee the Physics department. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant work experience in education and possess exceptional leadership and communication skills.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the Physics curriculum, leading and managing the department, providing guidance and support to teachers, monitoring student progress, and creating a positive learning environment.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Physics or related field Diploma in Education, PGCE, QTS, or active teaching license Minimum three years teaching experience in an American or British curriculum Previous leadership or management experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Native English speaker Benefits: Accommodation Visa Air Ticket Medical Insurance
