Job Title: Advanced Medical Training Professional Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Medical Training Professional to deliver comprehensive first aid training programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating customized training solutions that meet the specific needs of clients and industries.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, emergency services, or safety training, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering training sessions. They will possess excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills to engage and motivate trainees.A key aspect of this role is staying up-to-date with changes in first aid procedures and regulations, ensuring that all training activities comply with UAE safety and health standards. The successful candidate will also maintain accurate training records and issue certificates to participants who successfully complete the training program.Requirements: Certified First Aid Trainer from a recognized authority (e.g., Corporation for Ambulance Services)Minimum 2 years of training experience in First Aid/CPR/AEDExcellent presentation and communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)Strong interpersonal skills to engage and motivate trainees Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the UAEFlexible to travel within Dubai or other Emirates as needed Preferred Qualifications: Background in healthcare, emergency services, or safety training Experience in delivering corporate or group training sessions
