Description

Key Responsibilities: • Maintain cleanliness and order in the showroom, including furniture displays, reception, pantry, and office areas. • Serve tea, coffee, or water to staff and customers as required. • Assist in organizing and cleaning furniture displays. • Run errands such as document delivery, photocopying, and collecting office supplies. • Help in moving and arranging furniture as instructed by the showroom team. • Support administrative staff with basic tasks (e.g., filing, organizing supplies). • Ensure cleanliness and availability of pantry items and refreshments. • Dispose of garbage and maintain hygiene standards. • Greet and direct visitors or customers when front desk staff are busy. • Perform other related duties as assigned.• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage. • Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment. • Physically fit and able to lift or move furniture with care. • Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision. • Good communication skills (basic understanding of English). • Customer-oriented and helpful attitude.#J-18808-Ljbffr
