MEP Project Coordination Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled MEP Project Coordinator to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating MEP services among site teams, consultants, contractors, and other disciplines.Mission Objectives: Coordinate MEP services among site teams, consultants, contractors, and other disciplines.Facilitate timely review and distribution of MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built documentation.Follow up on technical submittals such as material approvals, method statements, RFIs, inspection requests, and ensure responses are tracked.Identify clashes or discrepancies in drawings and raise them for resolution.Assist in planning and tracking progress of MEP activities to ensure alignment with overall project schedules.Main Responsibilities: Coordinate site meetings and ensure site teams are updated with the latest approved drawings and documents.Document control including receiving, logging, controlling, and distributing all incoming and outgoing MEP documents.Allocate and monitor MEP manpower across different project sites based on scope and project needs.Track and update daily manpower deployment and ensure adequate resource planning.Prepare weekly/monthly timesheets for site teams and coordinate with HR or payroll for processing.Required Skills and Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.3–5 years of experience in MEP coordination and documentation roles within construction projects.Familiar with construction project documentation including drawings, submittals, and RFI processes.Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), Auto CAD; familiarity with document control platforms.Why You'll Thrive Here: Opportunity to work with experienced professionals in the industry.Chance to contribute to high-profile projects and gain valuable experience.Comprehensive training and development opportunities.
