Fire Alarm

Role - Fire Alarm /Security Systems Technician- Type - Outsourced- Location- Abu Dhabi/Dubai/North Emirates- Contract -6 Months extendable- Salary AEDKey Responsibilities: Installation & Maintenance- Install fire alarm panels, smoke detectors, heat detectors, manual call points, and related devices.- Install and configure security systems including CCTV, access control, intercoms, and intrusion detection systems.- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure systems are operational and compliant.Troubleshooting & Repair- Diagnose and resolve faults in fire detection and security systems.- Replace or repair defective parts, wiring, or equipment components.- Test alarm systems using test devices and maintain performance logs.Compliance & Documentation- Ensure systems are installed in accordance with civil defense and NFPA codes.- Maintain proper documentation for each installation including test reports, service logs, and compliance certifications.- Coordinate with civil defense or third-party inspectors for system approval and testing.Coordination- Liaise with project managers, clients, and vendors for installation schedules and material delivery.- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians when required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
