This role will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, monitoring industry trends, and providing actionable insights to support business strategy.The successful candidate will have a strong background in market research, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to senior management.Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive market research on pharmaceutical products, therapeutic segments, and emerging industry trends in the UAE and GCC.Monitor competitor products, pricing strategies, launches, and regulatory activities to identify business opportunities and threats.Analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data from various sources; prepare detailed reports and presentations for management.Provide actionable insights to support new product launches, portfolio management, and business development initiatives.Stay updated on relevant regulatory, economic, and policy changes affecting the pharmaceutical sector in the UAE and international markets.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience in market research or business intelligence within the pharmaceutical industry.Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC pharmaceutical markets.Proficiency in data analysis, market research methodologies, and report writing.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.What We Offer: Career growth and professional development opportunities.Competitive compensation package.A dynamic and supportive work environment.
