Mortgage Administrator Job We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Paraplanner to join our team, providing high-level mortgage administration support to a group of high-net-worth (HNW) Mortgage Brokers in Dubai. This role is ideal for those with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. As a Mortgage Paraplanner, you will be responsible for managing complex lending cases, keying mortgage applications, and ensuring seamless client experiences through effective communication and process management. The successful candidate will have at least 18 months of mortgage administration experience and proven expertise in keying mortgage applications. A Ce MAP qualification is highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as a motivated and proactive mindset with a hunger to learn and develop. About the Role: Deliver high-level mortgage administration support to HNW Mortgage Brokers Manage complex lending cases with accuracy and efficiency Ensure seamless client experiences through effective communication and process management Possibility to gain hands-on experience as an Assistant Mortgage Broker, advising clients with straightforward lending needs About You: Minimum 18 months of mortgage administration experience Proven experience with keying mortgage applications Ce MAP (highly desired) Excellent communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized Motivated, proactive mindset with a hunger to learn and develop
