Job Description Financial Operations Coordinator: Assist in implementing financial procedures, including form processing and data projection onto annual budget tables.Cash Handling and Deposits: Receive cash and checks, depositing them into the organization's bank accounts daily, adhering to accounting system guidelines.Supplier Disbursements: Coordinate with relevant units to implement disbursement procedures for suppliers.Employee Payments: Process payment procedures for employees and related parties, transferring funds to banks according to transaction types.Bank Statement Uploading: Upload bank account statements to the organization's financial system on a daily basis.Bank Reconciliations: Confirm daily entries for bank reconciliations, working to complete them before printing the monthly bank reconciliation report.Depreciation and Asset Management: Implement procedures for recording and calculating monthly depreciation rates and expected asset lifespans, as well as tasks related to excluding or adding expired/damaged assets from financial records.Financial Transactions: Facilitate transactions between departments, institutions, and bodies within the Government of Dubai.Financial Settlements: Cooperate with the General Accounts Department to implement financial settlement procedures and make necessary daily entries.Creditor Statements: Prepare creditors' statements and provide regular updates for payment follow-up and periodic creditor account statements.Customer Invoices: Generate customer invoices, copying and delivering them to collectors for collection processes, revenue recording, and daily entry into approved electronic systems.Bank Guarantees and Registrations: Receive, store, and register bank guarantees, while conducting monthly settlements of institution accounts in banks.Revenue Collection: Participate in preparing lists of revenue accounts, review collection results, match them with received revenues, and submit reports to direct officials.Reporting and Compliance: Prepare reports on daily and monthly revenue collection results and submit them to direct officials, maintaining relevant documents in special files.The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have strong communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is desirable.In addition to performing the above-mentioned responsibilities, the selected candidate will contribute to maintaining an efficient and organized work environment, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and providing exceptional support to team members when needed.The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, equivalent professional experience, and a valid UAE driving license.
