Business Knowledge Officer - Skywards 12 Month Contract Qualifications: Bachelor of Business Administration (Management)Any Nationality1 Vacancy Job Purpose: Emirates Skywards, the award-winning loyalty programme of Emirates and flydubai, has celebrated over 20 years of excellence, innovation, and rewards. The programme has grown significantly, offering personalized experiences and expanding its brand partnerships through digital technology.To support its growth, Emirates is replacing its in-house Loyalty platform with a new vendor-hosted system. The Business Knowledge Officer (12 Month Contract) will support operational excellence, process engineering, and change management by developing SOPs and guidelines, leveraging technology, and ensuring clear communication across all touchpoints to enhance the member experience and drive revenue.Key Responsibilities: Design and implement SOPs for product launches, partnerships, promotions, and system upgrades.Maintain operational manuals and ensure consistent service delivery.Review and improve operational processes for efficiency.Act as a primary contact for queries and support related to Skywards policies.Contribute to system enhancements by defining requirements and participating in testing.Create engaging content and communication materials for internal and external audiences.Coordinate internal engagement activities to promote awareness and compliance.Support training initiatives and monitor engagement effectiveness.Qualifications & Experience: 12 years of schooling or equivalent.At least 5 years' experience in sales and/or commercial operations.Knowledge of Knowledge Management, process mapping, and loyalty programmes.Strong writing, editing, and content strategy skills, with understanding of loyalty systems.Basic understanding of Customer Experience principles.Proficiency in content creation and digital tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, MS Office, etc.).Knowledge of retail and airport operations is beneficial.Basic project management understanding.Join Emirates in Dubai for a rewarding career with attractive salary and travel benefits.
