Job Title: Guest Service Agent This role is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a delightful experience for all guests.Demonstrate a strong focus on customer satisfaction by anticipating and exceeding guest needs and expectations.Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the resort product, including room types, rates, features, food and beverage outlets, promotions, spa, health club, and other properties.Take ownership of guest requests and ensure timely follow-up, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.Ensure financial transactions are handled in accordance with resort policies.Proactively suggest alternatives to meet guest needs, improving their overall experience.Keep supervisors informed of all guest feedback, whether positive or negative.Foster close working relationships with all departments, promoting seamless communication and collaboration.Attend daily shift briefings, training sessions, and events to enhance professional skills and stay up-to-date on resort activities.Develop a good relationship with third-party companies and work closely with Concierge and limousine drivers to ensure smooth transfer arrangements.Ensure proper handovers from incoming and outgoing shifts, maintaining accurate records.Answer telephones promptly and accurately, adhering to telephone etiquette standards.Follow up on all guest requests in a timely manner, reverting to guests or the resort as necessary.Take charge of guest recognition, identifying repeat guests and VIPs, and providing personalized attention.Ensure each guest interaction is a memorable experience.Avoid saying no; instead, offer alternatives when applicable.Find ways to exceed guest expectations and consistently deliver exceptional service standards.Be self-motivated and lead colleagues by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and work ethic.Respect departmental duty rosters and report to work on time, being punctual and reliable.Adapt to new procedures and processes, prioritizing guest and colleague needs.Participate actively in team member activities and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.Present yourself in a well-groomed and uniformed state, projecting a positive image of the resort and company.Required Skills and Qualifications A strong focus on customer service, with excellent communication skills and fluency in English.Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred.Computer skills in MS Office, with experience in current Property Management Systems (PMS) an advantage.The ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, with flexibility and adaptability.Russian or German language skills will be beneficial.Benefits This role offers a range of benefits, including opportunities for career growth and development, a supportive work environment, and a competitive salary package.Others Please note that this role requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and dedication.
