Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link This position is required to ensure the highest levels of customer service are achieved and maintained for Etihad & OAL customer airlines with ticketing & ancillary services across all the locations at Zayed International Airport.Accountabilities Issuance of manual & system generated EMD's / manual documents for Etihad & OAL (customer airlines) operating out of Abu Dhabi International Airport.Ticketing functions for Etihad – Issuance / re issuance of tickets & ancillaries using Amadeus reservations desktop.Effective land transport arrangements for the disrupted guests.Financial control – Reporting the documents issued on daily basis for EY & OAL to the respective finance teams.Handling the cash / credit card sales daily (shift wise reconciliation) reporting to the shift DOS on duty. Cash deposits to be done to respective accounts.Responding to queries / charge back cases with supporting documents to the finance / revenue teams with EY & OALPreparation of sales / revenue reports on daily /weekly / monthly basis and reporting to the relevant airlines.OAL stock management – Managing the OAL stock (EBT's / MCO's ) stock control / issuance / segregation /reporting/ replenishment)Petty cash management – Managing the HUB petty cash / releasing cash with necessary approvals / documentation / replenishment of cash. Managing the petty cash tracker.Education & Experience Any degree level education preferably in Aviation / airline management or relevant work experience Certificate courses with IATA / Ticketing & fare calculations2 years previous aviation industry experience required, within an operational environment including training Fluent and proficient in English (Written/Verbal)Fluent and proficient in MS office (Excel) (Written/Verbal)Willingness to work in a shift pattern#LI-DNIEtihad Airport Services Ground is the sole ground operations handler at Zayed International Airport.EASG handles a wide variety of ground functions at the capital's international airport, from passenger check-in and boarding to baggage handling and aircraft services.All operations are centered around its three main prerogatives: safety and security in all its functions, world class operations for all customer airlines through maximum efficiency and a world class customer experience for all visiting and transiting guests.#J-18808-Ljbffr
