Project Manager

Job Responsibilities Minimum of 5 years of total experience, including at least 3 years in Project Coordination/Management. Candidates should aim to grow within the organization and take on increased responsibilities.Supporting active roles within Tribe/Platform, including: Assisting in project initiation, understanding the complete process.Managing change requests, time, and cost.Ensuring clarity in CPPM management, timesheet assignments, and approvals.Updating project status details, monitoring risks and issues.Managing project/program budgets (up to 10 projects depending on complexity).Assisting project managers in meeting quality compliance standards.Ensuring documentation of artifacts within the tribe/platform following standardized structures.Managing PI/PO processes.Supporting project closure processes, including maintaining a repository of success measures for each project.Updating tribe/platform structure documents.Additional Support Supporting the Tech Lead in following up on release approvals and ensuring adherence to OKRs and KPIs, including: Timely updates on project costs and timelines.Weekly progress updates on Clarity.Weekly budget reconciliation.Timely project closure.Ensuring TRDs are met for quality assurance.Technical Skills Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Waterfall and Scrum Agile).Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is a platform connecting jobseekers and employers.
