Helpdesk Support Specialist - Healthcare IT

You will troubleshoot workstation applications, including memory, audio, and Microsoft Office. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to communicate with customers via phone, email, or remote tools to resolve reported issues. Additionally, you will monitor ticketing systems, prioritize tickets, and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will also generate and deliver accurate reports to customers, deploy software updates, and maintain IT system efficiency.
