Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the execution of all operations and maintenance activities related to infrastructure systems.Key Responsibilities Oversight of daily operations and technical service delivery across multiple disciplines.Planning, delegation, and monitoring of completion of PPM and reactive tasks using CAFM/CMMS.Site inspections, quality audits, and safety walk-throughs.Escalation of unresolved issues to the site engineer or client representative.Validation of work orders, material requests, and job close-out reports.Ensuring compliance with SOPs, RAMS, method statements, and toolbox talks.Supervision of technicians (G1, G2, G3), helpers, and subcontractors.Review and approval of shift rosters, attendance logs, and manpower deployment.Maintenance of performance records, site documentation, and submission of daily/weekly reports.Liaison with clients during walkthroughs, KPIs reviews, and joint inspections.Required Skills and Qualifications Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Technical knowledge in civil, electrical, and mechanical O&MProficient in CMMS/CAFM tools, Microsoft Office, and reporting formats Understanding of QHSE protocols and asset lifecycle Good communication and team management abilities Benefits This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Others Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities.
