We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Coordinator to oversee the reception area and manage various administrative duties. As the primary point of contact for our organization, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive first impression for visitors and ensuring seamless office operations.Only immediately available candidates will be considered A minimum of 3 years of experience is required for this position.This is a temporary assignment with a contract duration of 3 months.Candidates must possess their own visa.About the Job : Welcome and greet guests/staff and provide them with a positive first impression of our organization.Answer telephone calls; take messages and provide accurate information.Maintain a secure office environment by adhering to procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols for the reception area.Receive and sort mail and packages from courier services.Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.Organize conference and meeting room bookings.Provide administrative support and assist with tasks as needed.Requirements : Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).A professional appearance and attitude are essential.The ability to handle confidential information discreetly.Prior experience in office administration is advantageous.About You : You are a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills.You possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.You have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive work environment.
