Lead AI Strategist We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Strategist to drive transformative AI initiatives that shape the future of smart mobility and data-driven governance.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute an AI strategy aligned with our Digital Vision Design, test, and deploy AI solutions including machine learning, NLP, computer vision, and robotics Craft the AI roadmap, methodology, policies, and standards across departments Drive AI proof-of-concept development, vendor management, and project delivery Foster a culture of AI innovation, experimentation, and capability building Evaluate global AI research, tech trends, and optimize executed use cases Prioritize AI projects across agencies based on organizational needs and impact Build and mentor a high-performing AI engineering team focused on continuous learning Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent Minimum 11 years of experience leading successful AI projects Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, generative AI, and neural networks Proficiency in Python, Java, Scala, C++, or RHands-on experience with frameworks like Tensor Flow, Keras, Scikit-learn, Caffe, etc.Experience with structured & unstructured data, KPI development, and agile/scrum methodologies Be part of Dubai's transformation into a world-class smart city Seniority level: Mid-Senior Employment type: Full-time Job function: Information Technology Industries: Government Administration Referrals can increase your chances of interviewing.Get notified about new AI jobs in Dubai.
