**Job Title: ** Front Desk Coordinator This role requires a highly skilled and organized individual to manage the front desk of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and determining the nature of visitors' business.The key responsibilities of this position include: Receiving, welcoming, booking, and referring visitors to the relevant individual or department.Accepting delivery of small parcels and advising addressees.Connecting callers who may be uncertain of their required contact to the most appropriate department/contact.Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis.
