Welcome to a dynamic role where you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring their stay is memorable. Your responsibilities will include managing guest bookings, handling payments, and anticipating their needs to offer tailored recommendations.As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the face of our hotel, making a lasting impression on every guest who walks through our doors. You'll need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively handle guest queries and resolve any issues that may arise.We're looking for someone who is literate and tech-savvy, with a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths, and computer skills. Fluency in the local language is a plus, but not essential.
