Residential Interior Design Manager

This is a senior interior design role with a focus on residential projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and experience in leading interior design teams.As a senior interior designer, you will be responsible for managing the interior design process across all phases, from concept development to completion of detailed design and final IFC documentation.Develop creative, functional, and innovative interior designs that align with client requirements and project objectives.Manage design coordination with other disciplines (architecture, MEP, etc.) and ensure the timely delivery of design packages.Oversee and guide the design team to ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.Required Skills and Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field (preferred).Experience: Minimum 8 years in interior design, specifically within residential and hospitality sectors in the UAE.Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects in residential buildings and commercial building.Design Software: Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit (BIM), Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite.Benefits A competitive salary and benefits package.The opportunity to work on high-profile residential projects.
