Family Relocation Support Included We're hiring an experienced Factory Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end operations of a high-spec joinery manufacturing facility for a leading fit-out contractor delivering luxury interior solutions across the hospitality, commercial, and retail sectors.This senior-level role will be responsible for operational strategy, team leadership, production performance, quality assurance, and driving innovation within a state-of-the-art facility. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily factory operations to ensure efficient, high-quality production Drive resource planning, lean manufacturing, and workflow optimisation Oversee health, safety, and compliance in line with international standards Manage budgeting, cost control, and contribute to commercial bid support Foster a high-performance culture and develop cross-functional teams Act as the key link between factory and project delivery teams Ideal Candidate: 15–20 years' experience in high-end joinery, cabinetry, or interior fit-out10+ years in a senior factory management role Strong background in CNC machining, modular systems, and manufacturing process optimisation Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills Experience working on luxury fit-out projects (hospitality/commercial/retail)Previous experience in the GCC is highly preferred Fluent in English, both written and spoken What's on Offer: Family status contract (spouse + 2 children)Flights, medical, and school fee support Long-term opportunity with a respected market leader in premium interiors Progressive, quality-focused work environment Interested?
