Joinery Production Manager

Job Description We are seeking a skilled Joinery Production Manager to oversee the entire joinery production process from start to finish. This includes managing a team of carpenters, preparing daily work orders, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to interpret drawings and technical specifications, and have experience in managing materials and manpower within budget and timelines.Key Responsibilities Oversee joinery projects from start to finish Manage a team of carpenters, prepare daily work orders, and ensure timely completion of tasks Prepare cutting lists, production schedules, and ensure compliance with design drawings and quality standards Understand and interpret drawings, material finishes, and joinery detail drawings requirements Plan and manage materials and manpower within budget and timelines Requirements Proven experience as a Joinery Foreman handling materials such as wood, aluminum, stones, and miscellaneous profiles Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Knowledge of material finishes and interior materials Strong attention to detail and time management skills Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career growth and development A dynamic and supportive work environment
