Economic success and corporate responsibility are inextricably linked as part of this process.Your Role Coordinate and manage technical projects (including Specific, Creative, Application, and Portfolio requests) initiated by the Sales team, ensuring thorough documentation of all activities in Symrise platforms.Support the implementation of local and category strategies on a technical level to accelerate time-to-market, in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams.Develop innovative seasonings, compounds, and Ready-to-Eat (RTE) snack applications in line with Symrise formulation guidelines and customer requirements.Continuously optimize formulations and raw material usage, while maintaining and updating Bills of Materials (BOM) and associated ingredient solutions within the Symrise system.Act as a key technical contact for strategic customers and Sales Account Managers, delivering high-level technical support and representing Symrise as a trusted partner in customer-supplier collaborations.Oversee the maintenance and evolution of the local flavor and raw material portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational needs.Conduct sensory and product evaluations, including benchmarking against market products, to support development and optimization efforts.Ensure all laboratory activities are fully compliant with legal standards, Symrise internal policies, and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).About You BSc in Chemistry, Food Science or Equivalent At least 5 years of professional activity as a Product & Application Development Technologist Snack Food or similar in the same industry Extensive expertise in the development of snack seasonings across various product formats Very good command of English Knowledge of industrial processes at customers Ability to drive customer intimacy Project Management International assignment is a plus Become part of our open and transparent culture.
