Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Manager

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) professional to join our team as a Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing HSEQ policies and procedures across all projects, conducting inspections, participating in risk assessments, and investigating incidents.The successful candidate will have a strong background in HSEQ with experience in managing teams, developing and implementing HSEQ strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HSEQ strategies and plans to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures Participate in risk assessments and incident investigations to identify areas for improvement Manage and train HSEQ personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively Develop and maintain HSEQ documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports Collaborate with other departments to ensure HSEQ is integrated into all aspects of the business Requirements: Diploma in HSEQ or equivalent7-10 years of experience in HSEQ, preferably in a management role Experience in aviation or transportation projects would be an advantage Ability to carry out risk and incidents assessments, inspection, and audit Inspection of technical and/or construction activities Able to manage subcontractors on site and liaise with operation in charge Database management and record keeping skills Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner Team working skills, risk management skills, high attention to detail, communication skills, analytical skills Emergency Management, Investigation and root cause analysis Ability to Multitask and prioritizing Good level of English communication and writing skill What We Offer: A competitive salary and benefits package Ongoing training and development opportunities A dynamic and supportive work environment How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced HSEQ professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, to us.
