Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our established team of designers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology in our hospitality and residential design projects.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate BIM processes and workflows with project teams, including designers, architects, engineers, and contractors Produce modeling, detailing and auditing components for BIM models Create and manage the production of technical drawingsand schedules Liaise with the design team, and delegate to a team of modelers Ensure project deliverables meet BIM standards and requirements Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and processes Participate in project meetings and coordinate with project teams to resolve BIM-related issues.Below are the minimum qualifications that we expect from you: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field2+ years of experience in BIM coordination, with a focus on interior design projects Proficiency in BIM software such as Auto CAD, Revit, and Navisworks. Experience in Dynamo and Rhino is will be anadvantage.Experience with ISO 19650 and BIM 360Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills To be successful in the role you should also have: Strong Software and Technology Skills Strong technical knowledge of intricate interior details Strong sense of responsibility Ability to meet tight project deadlines Handling Documents and Deliverables with diligence Collaborative and enjoy working in team environments Good communication skills Does this sound like you?
