Front Desk Receptionist
Description
We are seeking a highly professional and organized receptionist to join our office located in Dubai Internet City. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing administrative support and excellent customer service to visitors and staff.Key Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.* Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office.* Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.* Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.* Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.* Schedule and organize appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.* Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.* Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.* Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.Requirements: * Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.* Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).* Professional attitude and appearance.* Excellent communication and customer service skills.* Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.* Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
