Join our team and be part of a dynamic environment where your contributions matter Role Responsibilities Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries professionally.Provide information about products and services to customers.Handle customer complaints effectively and efficiently.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.Process orders and coordinate with other departments as necessary.Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.Assist with the development and implementation of customer service policies.Identify and escalate issues that require higher-level attention.Gather customer feedback to improve service and processes.Support the sales team by providing exceptional customer service.Train and mentor new staff in customer service processes and practices.Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.Participate in team meetings to improve service delivery.Perform data entry tasks related to customer service operations.Stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings.Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to work well under pressure.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are an advantage.Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.Ability to handle difficult situations with composure.Adequate knowledge of company products and services.Ability to adapt to shifting priorities.Join Our Team If you are a customer-focused individual with a passion for service excellence, we invite you to apply for the Customer Services Representative position at Wadi Alsahab for Management Consultancies Co.
