MEP Cost Control Specialist

Job Title: MEP Quantity Surveyor and Cost Control Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled MEP quantity surveyor and cost control engineer to join our team.This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-senior level professional to take on a key role in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, quantity surveying, or a related field, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in MEP quantity surveying and cost control.The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for MEP works, monitoring project costs, evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations, tracking progress payments, and coordinating with project managers and site teams. They will also assist in contract administration and support procurement planning.In this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, utilizing their analytical and negotiation skills to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.To succeed in this position, the candidate must have excellent communication and reporting skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
