Job Description We are seeking an experienced Dynamic 365 CRM Solutions Architect to design and implement cutting-edge CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of Dynamic 365 CRM solutions from scratch. Your deep understanding of the platform's capabilities and limitations will enable you to craft innovative solutions that address complex business challenges.You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop technical specifications, and configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules to meet business needs. Additionally, you will integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and maximizing system efficiency.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
