Our platform rapidly iterates design and technology scenarios with instant feedback at minimal cost. Azraq uses real-time data to predict and manage the carbon, energy, and cost outcomes of all design and technology decisions, empowering developers to optimize sustainability whilst balancing financial performance. Azraq is an API platform for the entire real estate lifecycle.Role Overview Azraq is seeking an Energy Model Director to lead the development and deployment of advanced physics-informed AI models and large language model frameworks for the built environment. This role will shape Azraq's core technology strategy and oversee the integration of surrogate modeling, Energy Plus simulation, and AI workflows into our platform. As part of Azraq's UAE-based team, you will collaborate closely with our engineers, architects, and real estate clients on-site, while also engaging remotely with global research partners.
